In order to protect your home to the highest level, we exceed manufacturers requirments with our installation. Our "premier roof system" makes every area of your roof protect against wind, water and heat. In fact your roof will be installed with a high wind installation capable of withstanding the highest circumstances. Whether you choose 3 tab, 30 year, 40 year, or lifetime shingles you can be assured that you will have the highest quailty roof when you choose BDCS .

Our Roofing process- Premier Roof System steps you should take /Products we use

1.Decking -We take an extra step and inspect the entire roof decking for strength and stability.

2. Underlayment with proper installation is used so your decking will not be exposed to moisture. This could cause your deck to become soft and wavy. Without proper installation your shingles could crack more quickly. Ice and Water Shield is used in valleys to give them the ultimate protection.

3. Shingles -With each shingle we use 6 nails instead of four. We add shingle sealant for ultimate protection.

4. Flashing- Most leaks occur in the flashing. We use Ice and Water Shield. We use lead pipe instead of commonly used rubber, which will last on average 95 years longer! With this your roof will be leak free!

5. Ventilation- Without proper ventilation from your attic, high temperatures may cause damage to your house structure. Without a proper analysis of ventilation your roof could lose half its life and lead to shingle damage.

6. Inspections-During your installation your roof will receive mutiple inspections making sure we are up to building codes and overall satisfaction giving you the best roof possible .

WARRANTY INFO- Black Diamond offers a 1 year warranty. We do not warranty cracks or if bathtub mats were used. Warranty is valid if the care guide is followed.

CARE GUIDE- Cleaning is simple. Start with warm soapy water. NO BLEACH nothing costic or abrasive. Also a Magic Eraser may be used.
